Kids Package (Min Guest 25) $20.99 Per Kid (Under 10) Plus 100 dollars Rental: We provide Kids Package Please click on link: www.velevetterrace.com and go to the Hi-Tea page for the kid’s package.

Lounge or Tea Area rental: $300

Full venue rental: $600

Note : With over 35 guests attending, the entire venue must be fully rented.

All rental’s cleaning fee is added 75 dollars per area if outside food, if Tea package is taken from only 75 dollars for whole area

Staffing is available at a rate 10-15 dollars per hour, if needed.

You can cater food from outside or we can provide our catering information

Open bar available upon request. NO outside alcohol.
